How do I schedule a tour of 120 Thornhill Drive?

Tours are reserved for qualified applicants and are available Monday – Saturday. All tours are scheduled through our Zillow rental listing.

What amenities are included in the rental?

Residents enjoy modern comforts such as a full modern kitchen, large open-concept living room and recreation room, in-unit washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, detached garage with parking for two vehicles, private patio and waterfront access.

Are pets allowed on the property?

For insurance and liability reasons, pets are not permitted.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is prohibited inside the duplex. Smoking is permitted outdoors, at least 25 feet away from doors and windows.
